In Holland the change owner for about fl 1700,--- (+/- $800) EACH. I have a much cheaper option: Why don't you buy second hand Jap stuff? I just found out Kawasaki disks fit Harley wheels (cast ones). My father uses Yamaha FZR 4-piston calipers for his FXR (and the front fork) At first sight they should fit a harley front fork... Probably you'll have to space the disks and/or caliper. Why would you pay more for the same quality?
