I am more than willing to help cover food, beer, refreshments or whatever
other expenses occur while I am there.  (Maybe even a 1998 Roadkill 3'n'1
motorcycle weekend tee shirt)  I can send you a check before I leave for
your place, or reimburse you when I get there.  Having everyone send a
check before they leave may prevent "no-shows", and then being stuck with
extra food, beer, etc.<

+Yup.  I have a cook pit with an attached fire pit for a group campfire. 
I'll also rake out a few tent sites in the woods (or you can rake your own
spot when you get here if you like) or you can stake a claim for an unused
portion of the lawn.

+Either/or is fine with me.  I'll have routes drawn out for day-trips
through the area.  You can get up in the a.m., ride all or a portion of the
day, then come "home" and party.

+That's kinda why I would tend to lean toward the longer weekend.  This is
an assist for those who depend upon limited holidays and/or vacation days
from their respective jobs.  (Doesn't really matter to me, I'm at the top
of my stored vacation days.)

Other input for dates anyone?  (Those wanting further info on what "3'n'1"
stands for, shoot me a note or post again to the digest.)
