RE: NEW VS. USED OPINIONSFrom: "Doyle" <danddrose@suddenlink.net> Next Article (by Subject): RE: Oil Blow by decman This is not quite what you are asking but is I were to get a Sportster now I would buy a new 1200 or used 883. I would buy a 1200 to just ride or the 883 to build a the Sportster I really want. In your case in my opinion bike #2 is a defiantly no go. You can probably can duplicate that bike probably for less with a little shopping. Also a Willy G derby cover is saying don't by me I was owned by a nut. On bike #3 you did not give price if you can get it for around $6,000 or a little under then it could be good deal you would need to evaluate it. Remember used Sportster are now selling farley low so do not be afraid to low ball an offer they can set for sale a long time. Bike #1 is an unusual situation it can sell low and be a win win for everybody either the dealer is selling it for him (he owes no money on it) or the dealer already screwed in when he sold it back but he started with nothing any way. If the Sportster Roadster is the bike you want and this is a Roadster it really sounds like a good deal and will move fast. Don't let the dealer add freight or set-up charges. Remember it is your decision to live with. Drose Next Article (by Subject): RE: Oil Blow by decman |
