Hate to contradict you here jeff, but the hugger is simply a custom with a
lower front end.  Same shocks, 2 inch shorter fork tubes, and a 19 inch
wheel vs 21 inch (not that there is much difference in height there due to
the lower profile on the 21).  No lowering blocks, etc.  at least on my
02....
