Something I have found that works really well when someone wants my space is
at the next light, I approach them and ask them if the have LOTS of
insurance for when they do something like that to a motorcyclist and they go
down. In most cases, you will find their brain just took a vacation.

I do take a very neutral attitude with them as I do this. Chances are, they
know they did something they should not have done and when you approach
them, they are really defensive. Being neutral towards them defuses the
situation so you can talk to them.

Just mentioning insurance to them creates an image of big money injury law
suits...not something they want to get involved in.

Just a thought
