I also noticed that my bike pulled slightly to the left, too. When I last changed my rear tire (I always remove the wheel from the bike myself and take it to the shop), I noticed that the spacers on each side of the wheel where not the same. One is about 1/8 inch longer than the other. So I put the longer one on the right side when I reassembled. It solved both problems. Bike rode straight and the tire had more clearance and didn't rub any more. It's more centered in the fender, where it should be. I think that the shop that changed my rear tire the previous time may have put it on backwards, heaven knows he screwed up enough things on my bike that I had to redo. I run 11 inch shocks.
