Re: Arizona Bike Week Is Coming, With V-Rod Demo RidesFrom: "Bruce S. de Lis" <delis@fastq.com> Next Article (by Subject): Crossoverless - Vibration Mike As I have limited Interest in the Bike Week thing, as I am normally Home By Dark, and Don't Do Organized Rides where Release Signing is Mandatory. Call it a Retention of Right Thing. I will head out to West World in Snotsdale the First Day of CycleFeast early in the a.m. when CycleFest is First Opens. Last year at CycleFest there were long line to do Test Rides of the Buell & Ducatti Fleet, but those who arrived early and avoided the Poker Runs, or other Organized Rides of the Day Walked Up, and Got Demo Ride with little or No Wait early in the day. Can not say this will work for the Wet HOG (V-ROD) Demo Rides, but history normally repeats itself. Also the Factory Folks early in the day have more time to answer question, and give advice. Best Advice is to Arrive @ 0930 as I think CycleFeast Opened at 1000, and i was in the saddle of a Buell S-3 by 1015. Weekend were Long Line ALL DAY LONG!!!! Like I said a year ago the Buell Test Rides were really fun. Pp Joe I. wrote: "Just an FYI: If the demo rides are anything like Daytona there is a sign-up and waiting list for the V-Rod. All other bikes are first come first serve, but with the V-Rod you had to make an appt. There was a 2 hour wait when the booth opened." Next Article (by Subject): Crossoverless - Vibration Mike |
