You mean the little chrome flat piece with the hole for the seat mounting
bolt?  Some seats (Mustang) come with them. IF you need one, you can either
take it off the old seat or get a new one for about $12 at the dealer.. Use
loctite on the part that attaches to the seat...not to the fender mounting
bolt.
