I was riding down the main road near where I live a while ago - 55
MPH speed zone.

As I was approaching the side rode near where I live, I put my left
turn signal on and was slowing down to turn left watching out for any
traffic that might come from the other direction.

There was a small car behind me slowing down behind me with the left
turn signal on.

There was another small car behind the car behind me that wasn't turning.

The driver moved over and was half in the lane and half on the
shoulder of the road.

The driver of the second car went flying past the car behind me and
pulled back into the lane as the driver was coming up on me and went
by me just inches to the right of me!
