While a better seat , a back rest and a windshield are all good,
experience ( I was a power lifter and worked for several years as a beef
lugger; back problems are endemic for both) has taught me that the key to
a healthy back is a toned abdomen. There are tons of rehab ab workouts to
try and even a little work does wonders.. As for Sporty content, the sun
is out after 8 days of gloom and it is spring break-----time to ride.
