Chip
Two words, windshield and backrest.
I am 60 3 back,neck
operations,5'7'',275,arthritis everywhere.In 2008,rode my sporty from Detroit
to sturgis and back on my 2006 roadster.Could not have done it without a
shield and a bikers friend round bag as a backrest. The shield helps the
neck, shoulder pain immensely. The backrest does wonders or the back.I had a
solo Lepera(not known for comfort)4 1/2 pullbacks, and mid controls.Used an
airhawk air cushion for the hot spots.Did 450-550 miles a day.Not easy but
doable even without the vicodon.
Shields may be ugly on a sporty, but
believe me ,it really helps. The back rest had the most benefit.Just my humble
opinion,but I do ride a lot,so I have a basis for those opinions.
Old School
